We offer a variety of small group personal training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Then we combine the fun and challenge of group fitness classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Why hybrid train? Jake has been teaching group fitness and personal training for over 10 years and he noticed a shortcoming in both services, so he decided to combine the two methods and create his own brand of "hybrid training". By combining the individual and goal specific training offered in a small group personal training session and the fun and effectiveness of group fitness classes, he found that clients success rates not only improved in the short term, but also outlasting each service alone.
