After more than 10 years and over 10,000 hours of training experience the owner and head trainer Jake Barb developed a hybrid program designed to get you and keep you in the best shape of your life. We offer a variety of small group personal training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Then we combine the fun and challenge of group fitness classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Why hybrid train? Jake has been teaching group fitness and personal training for over 10 years and he noticed a shortcoming in both services, so he decided to combine the two methods and create his own brand of "hybrid training". By combining the individual and goal specific training offered in a small group personal training session and the fun and effectiveness of group fitness classes, he found that clients success rates not only improved in the short term, but also outlasting each service alone.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Don't just walk through the motions of a general fitness routine, amp things up with targeted programs that are specific to you, where you are in your life, and what will help you be the best version of yourself right now. We workout in small groups of 2 to 5 clients with one trainer. Not all clients will be on the same program, in some cases you could see 5 people doing completely different things at one time, or you could see everyone pushing each other to the finish line.

The Best of both worlds! Our combination membership gives the personal attention and individual goal setting in small group personal training sessions + the high energy group fitness classes. Most of our combo members attend one or two small group personal training sessions a week and will also come to two or three group fitness classes as well.
